About Kikulu Foundation

Kikulu Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to bridging the digital divide in Luweero District. The organization empowers youth, schools, and community groups through ICT training, digital literacy programs, and access to technology resources that promote education, innovation, and employment opportunities.

Our Mission

To promote digital literacy by providing quality ICT training, resources, and ICT support to underserved communities in Luweero District.

Governance

The foundation is guided by a governing body consisting of the Director, Assistant Director, Executive Secretary, and Finance Manager who oversee programs and operations.

Our Beginning

Kikulu Foundation started in 2024 as Kikulu Foundation Ltd registered with URSB. In 2025 it transformed into a non-profit organization registered with the Uganda NGO Bureau.

Since its founding, Kikulu Foundation has already trained more than 150 youth and community members in ICT skills, empowering them to pursue education, employment, and entrepreneurship.
